Nutristat from Allstat is a new nutritional database printing system designed for the sandwich and food to go providers. Users print their own product labels containing nutritional and compositional information, pricing, use by dates from their own recipes.
Information is stored for each ingredient and consolidated into nutritional and compositional information for products and recipes. Different customers can have their own labels and variations of recipes and prices.
Allergens, QUIDS (Quantitive Ingredient Declarations) and Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) are integral to the system and printed on to the label if required. Information per pack and per 100 gm is automatically calculated.
Editing product changes is very simple; changes to ingredients specifications are quickly incorporated into a finished product at the click of a button. All products containing the ingredient are brought into line. Products are always up to date and the latest information is printed on all labels. At the next print run the revised information is automatically printed, included any alterations to the QUIDS and RDA.
Standard phrases can be incorporated on the labels, use by dates, and daily messages such as 'Fresh Today' can be incorporated at the time of printing.
Other features are also included such as customer price lists, different print runs for different days of the week for each customer, and product specification reports.
