Multi Colour Labels
We have manufacturing plant dedicated to both multi-colour labels and to plain labels associated with direct thermal label and thermal transfer labels. We are zebra accredited re-sellers and one of the leading British suppliers of Nice label software.
Allstat has 35 years experience in printing labels, starting off in a small way, finally moving to our purpose built factory in Stevenage. We have grown to service many industries, mainly, food, retail, industrial, FMCG. Our labels are found on the shelf of the major retailers. One of our largest clients is a huge multinational organisation; we have serviced this account with many millions of labels over a long period of years.
We have a particular skill in printing complex labels for the spice industries; these tend to be multicolour, with intricate designs demanding excellent printing technique. Labels can be varnished or unvarnished.
Retail stickers are another point of excellence. These tend to be simpler labels with one or two colours; we have printed countless millions of these for some very big high street names. We have worked closely with our suppliers to produce a special adhesive which leaves no residue when removed. With this market our ability to service a client's needs is paramount; ensuring the labels arrive on time in good quality to tight deadlines.
Recently we have worked closely with a major international company to produce a retail ticketing system for price labelling merchandise. We print high quality tags in our factory. The customer overprints the tags with pricing information, using thermal printers and software supplied by Allstat.
